Dear ATL Technology Customer,

ATL Technology of Springville, Utah has announced the acquisition of System Connection, Inc. in Provo, Utah.

Bob Sorensen, President of System Connection, joins the ATL Technology management team as Chief Financial Officer and Brad Bullough joins the ATL Technology management team as the Chief Operations Officer. Bob Sorensen remarked, "Our commitment to unparalleled customer service remains unchanged. Combining forces with ATL Technology will allow us to increase the types of products and services we are able to offer our customers."

Brad Brown, CEO of ATL Technology commented, "ATL Technology and System Connection both focus on the OEM cable assembly marketplace so combining the two companies is a natural. SCI brings high speed cable experience as well has wire harness and low volume high mix experience that ATL can draw from. This merger puts us in a position to maximize the strengths found in each company. We employ a staff of in-house engineering personnel that System Connection customers can now access as their assembly projects are developed. This acquisition will further improve our position to meet the current and future needs of the cable assembly and connector marketplace."

ATL Technology (founded in 1993) is a privately held company that sells turnkey solutions, cable assembly products, and connector systems worldwide with offices and manufacturing in the USA, Taiwan, and China. ATL Technology’s website is www.atlconnect.com and System Connection’s website is www.systemconnection.com.
