ATL Technology of Springville, Utah has announced the acquisition of System Connection, Inc. in Provo, Utah.

Bob Sorensen, President of System Connection, joins the ATL Technology management team as Chief Financial Officer and Brad Bullough joins the ATL Technology management team as the Chief Operations Officer. Bob Sorensen remarked, "Our commitment to unparalleled customer service remains unchanged. Combining forces with ATL Technology will allow us to increase the types of products and services we are able to offer our customers."

September 2005: ATL Technology becomes a participating member of the USB-IF CabCon, CCWG, and DWG committee developing the Micro USB standard. 2002 - ATL buys out Chinese partner and takes full ownership of the production facility in Dongguan China.
