Continuous
Improvement
ATL will strive to maintain a system, which pushes
for new and better ways of controlling quality and producing superior
products. The key components of this system are internal and external
corrective action, and the use of data in identifying the top issues for
improvement.
Customer
Focus
Customer expectations and needs are carefully monitored
and addressed by management on a regular basis. ATL's business philosophy
includes the requirement that customer focus be an area of strength.
Customer
Audits
Customer audits will be welcomed as an important

open with data, procedures, and plant operation. Basic quality documentation
will be provided in English or other languages, which assist the customer
in assessing quality system methods and application. |
